Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Residential Investment Strategist to play a pivotal role in shaping our strategic direction. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving our origination strategy, identifying new opportunities, and managing risk.

You will work closely with our team to monitor economic, regulatory, and residential sector conditions, gathering market intelligence and strategic research to inform our national acquisition strategy.

Your expertise in financial modeling and analysis will be essential in reviewing and contributing to our annual asset class review, ensuring our strategies remain robust and effective.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Advanced financial modeling skills and a solid understanding of residential property development and finance fundamentals.
  • A drive to deliver results, business acumen, and sound judgment.
  • The ability to navigate the complexities of residential property development risks, acquisition pricing, and deal structuring.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Estate Master software, including Development Feasibility, Development Management, and Corporate Consolidate modules.
  • Strong interpersonal and networking skills, along with exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
