Senior Residential Strategist

Shaping the strategic direction of residential living is a critical component of our organization's goals.

  • We are seeking an experienced Senior Analyst to join our team, playing a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of the Residential Living asset class.

The ideal candidate will have advanced financial modelling skills and a solid understanding of residential property development and finance fundamentals.

About the Role:

  • Monitor economic, regulatory, and residential sector conditions to identify new opportunities and manage risk.
  • Manage collation of market intelligence and strategic research to formulate and regularly update targeted, demand-led national acquisition strategy.
  • Review and contribute to annual asset class review, ensuring strategies remain robust and effective.
  • Lead transaction due diligence, reviewing and interrogating complex financial models from prospective joint venture partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct detailed financial modelling of property and capital level inputs, making recommendations on deal structures based on opportunity, risks, and sensitivity analysis.
  • Participate in monitoring of joint venture investments, managing procurement of independent valuations, and assisting with internal and external reporting.
