Expert Asset Strategist Required

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Expert Asset Strategist to develop and implement comprehensive asset management strategies, ensuring efficient use of resources and maximizing business value.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop life cycle plans and asset standards to optimize asset performance and minimize costs.
  • Analyze operational performance and maintenance data to inform strategic decisions.
  • Research and synthesize information to form actionable recommendations for asset management.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO 55000 governance documents and best practices.
  • Maintain accurate records of all asset management documentation.
  • Refine the asset management system to meet evolving business needs and regulatory requirements.
  • Analyze full life cycle financials of assets from acquisition to disposal.
  • Provide insights through trend analysis and assess asset costs versus maintenance costs.
Requirements

- Degree in Business/Finance or Engineering (essential).

- Proven knowledge and implementation of ISO 55000.

- Previous experience in asset management and facilities management.

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and administrative skills.

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Word, Excel, and Power BI.

- Full Australian working rights.
