Property Assistant

We are looking for a Property Assistant to join our team. As a key member of the property and facilities management team, you will play a vital role in delivering quality services.

About the Role:

  • Administrative Support: You will assist with budget preparation, forecast and provide administrative support to the team.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills are essential to interact effectively with tenants, owners and contractors.
  • Maintenance Coordination: Coordinate tenant work requests and maintenance tasks ensuring timely completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare monthly reports and maintain accurate records of rental arrears and rent reviews.
  • Issue purchase orders and set up contracts as required.
  • Coding of creditor tax invoices and assist with tenant account queries.
  • Liaise with contractors, tenants and owners to deliver facilities management services.
  • Coordinate contractor inductions and site access ensuring compliance with regulations.
