As a Retail Assistant Property Manager, you'll support the day-to-day management of a diverse retail portfolio, working closely with experienced professionals to deliver outstanding service and results. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your skills, gain exposure to the property industry, and contribute to the success of our retail assets.

What we're looking for:

  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • A proactive, team-oriented attitude
  • Interest or experience in the property industry
  • Licenced property manager or desire to obtain in the future - we will pay for it

About the Role

An example of your daily workload includes:

  • Logging, actioning and completing tenant work requests including liaising with contractors and organising quotes
  • Processing external invoices for payment
  • Preparing monthly management and financial reports for our clients
  • Assisting with annual budgets for the properties and business plans
  • Actioning rent reviews, debt collection and lease management.
