Event Technology Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Event Technology Specialist to support the delivery of world-class events across Australia and New Zealand. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install, configure, and maintain IT infrastructure at venues and greenfield sites.
  • Provide on-site and remote technical support for events, including weekends.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to plan and execute successful events.
  • Manage logistics, equipment transport, and event setup/takedown.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate bugs to the technical team.
Requirements
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
  • Proven ability to multitask and prioritize in fast-paced environments.
  • Experience building relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Tertiary qualifications in IT or equivalent hands-on experience.
  • Solid understanding of networking principles and hardware/software maintenance.
