About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Junior Event Technology Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering meetings, whether onsite or remotely, and ensuring the highest possible standards of our products and services.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both within the team and with high-profile clients, and be able to work well under pressure to meet tight deadlines. They will also be flexible and enthusiastic, with a positive can-do attitude and a passion for technology.

Responsibilities include:

  • Delivering meetings onsite and remotely
  • Supporting clients in the lead-up to their meeting
  • Attending pre-meeting run-throughs with clients
  • Producing broadcasts/facilitating voting and Q&A in our software
  • Implementing solutions onsite in live environments

The position offers comprehensive training on Lumi software, hardware, client relationship management, and project management, making it an ideal opportunity for those looking to develop their skills in event technology.

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

  • A full AUS driving license
  • Ability to lift 23kgs of equipment
  • Capacity to work well in team environments and independently
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability
