The successful candidate will be responsible for deploying, configuring, and maintaining comprehensive IT solutions that seamlessly integrate with existing infrastructure.

  • Implement and manage sophisticated IT systems and networks on-site to support complex event requirements.
  • Manage the deployment and maintenance of IT systems across designated regions, including the setup of end-user devices, configuration of network equipment, and troubleshooting hardware issues.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure optimal software and hardware functionality, guaranteeing uninterrupted service throughout events.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Collaborate closely with clients to understand evolving project needs and ensure seamless delivery.
  2. Provide responsive technical assistance and troubleshooting guidance via phone to resolve user issues promptly.
  3. Monitor project progress, addressing technical challenges and concerns as they arise to maintain timelines and quality standards.
  4. Participate in various event assignments, providing on-site technical support and engaging with clients to represent the company professionally and ensure client satisfaction.
