Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled IT professional to join our team as a Technical Support Specialist. As the technical backbone of live events, this role will combine office-based system administration with field deployments across NSW venues, stadiums, and event spaces.

Responsibilities include:

  • ">
  • Technical Operations:">
  • Designing and implementing bespoke IT solutions for events across Australia;">
  • Providing on-site IT support for ticketing and access control systems at client venues;">
  • Administering and maintaining Windows servers, access control technologies, and data services;">
  • Installing points of sale and other IT infrastructure at venues and temporary events;">
  • Coordinating preventative maintenance and responding to urgent technical needs.">

Required Skills and Qualifications

">

To succeed in this role, you will need:

">
  • ">
  • At least one year of experience in L1/L2 support environments, preferably with field service or multi-site support experience;">
  • Strong technical expertise in Windows 10/11 administration, POS management, VPNs, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, JIRA, and basic Cisco networking;">
  • Excellent client-facing communication skills and the ability to prioritize under deadlines;">
  • Physical ability to handle equipment and work at events.">
