Job Opportunity:

Nurture an agile mindset and guide people through transformation and improvement.

Cultivate cultural and human change by driving and supporting continuous improvement of efficiency, ways of working maturity, competency, and culture.

Your Key Responsibilities will include:

  • Prioritize, strategize, set goals, ensure transparency, predictability, consistency, high performance, collaboration, quality, and sustainable pace for delivering desired outcomes and fit-for-purpose products.
  • Embed lean-agile values, behaviours, and mindsets into the organisation.
  • Lead and coach Squads and ARTs in adopting scaled agile ways of working, lean-agile practices, principles, tools, metrics, and maturity.

Required skills and experience:

  • Strong experience in implementing lean-agile ways of working at scale. Thorough understanding of lean and agile principles, practices, metrics, and tools.
  • Able to partner with senior leaders, effectively communicate, consult, influence, align, brief, coach, and guide.
  • Competent in a broad range of stances - coaching, training, mentoring, observing, advising, facilitation, feedback, and role modelling.
