Job Overview

  • Collaborate with senior leaders, teams, and stakeholders to design and implement enterprise-wide agile solutions.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans for agile adoption, focusing on measurable outcomes and sustained business value.
  • Coach cross-functional teams in agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean.

Key Requirements

  • 10 years of experience in leading large-scale agile transformations in complex environments.
  • Proven track record of implementing agile at scale using suitable frameworks, such as SAFe or LeSS.
  • ICF Certified Coach (or equivalent) certification and excellent facilitation skills.
