Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Release Train Engineer to lead our cross-functional teams in a complex enterprise environment.

 

  • Act as a servant leader and chief Scrum Master for the Agile Release Train (ART), ensuring alignment with enterprise objectives and agile principles.
  • Foster collaboration between teams, suppliers, and stakeholders across functions to maximize business outcomes.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and coach teams and stakeholders on SAFe practices and agile maturity.
  • Ensure transparency by tracking and reporting program-level progress, quality, and delivery metrics.
  • Support Lean-Agile budgeting, capacity planning, and program governance in alignment with enterprise priorities.

 

Key Requirements

 

  • 5+ years of experience in agile delivery roles (Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or Project/Program Manager), with at least 2 years as a Release Train Engineer or similar.
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with SAFe, preferably with SAFe RTE certification.
  • Experience leading large-scale Agile programs across distributed teams and complex technology environments.
  • Proficiency with Agile planning and execution tools such as Jira, Jira Align, Azure DevOps, Rally, or similar.
  • Exceptional facilitation, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to coach and mentor team members and influence organisational agility.
  • Strong understanding of software development, DevOps, and Agile principles.
  • Experience in enterprise digital transformation, cloud, or product delivery programs.
  • Experience working in global or matrix organisations.
