About the Role
  • This full-time site-based role is responsible for supporting operational leaders and teams across multiple local work sites.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Partnering with supervisors and managers on HR matters ranging from onboarding to conduct, performance, IR and injury management
  • Coaching frontline leaders and supporting them through people-related challenges
  • Responding to on-the-ground HR issues with sound judgment and a calm, considered approach
  • Supporting change, workforce planning, and capability initiatives
  • Working closely with WHS and operations teams to create a safe and compliant environment
Requirements:
  • 5 years' experience in a generalist HR or HRBP role, ideally in operational or multi-site environments
  • Strong working knowledge of Fair Work legislation, Awards, and day-to-day IR and ER process
  • A relationship builder with excellent interpersonal skills and a bias for action
  • Able to work autonomously, manage sensitive matters, and build quiet influence
