Responsibilities
  • Work model: hybrid. This role can be done in Moorebank, NSW; Fortitude Valley, QLD; Notting Hill, VIC; and Osborne Park, WA.
  • Ensure an effective overall HR contribution and value-add to the business in partnership with the functions and Shared Services.
  • Support the business and execute HR processes across the end-to-end employee lifecycle by determining and delivering the best approach in the area of responsibility and executing the HR priorities while adding value to the business.
  • Partner with respective managers to develop and implement people strategies.
  • Facilitate change management initiatives and drive behavior change and continuous improvement across the respective business area.

Qualifications
  • Highly skilled in working with HR processes and methodologies.
  • 5+ years of experience in Human Resources and Talent Management, with advanced knowledge of regulations and compliance, performance management, employee relations, reward systems, learning and development, and employee engagement.
  • Proficient in using HR and Talent Management technology, with a proven track record of data analysis and interpretation.
  • Passionate about continuous improvement and change management; innovative around employee experience and engagement.
  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, with extensive knowledge of Australian HR regulations, legal compliance, and strategy planning.
  • Experience in employee relations, including leading investigations and handling complex tasks.
  • Experience in a complex, multinational, global environment is advantageous.
