Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Event Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in coordinating events and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

About the Role:

The Event Coordinator will be responsible for:

  • Scheduling event staff across various locations
  • Coordinating all aspects of event requirements, from setup to teardown
  • Sourcing and inducting new staff members
  • Keeping staff updated on company policies and procedures

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to stay calm under pressure
  • A solid understanding of audio-visual environments
  • Previous experience in a crewing or operations role (existing crew contacts a plus)
  • Good computer skills (experience with CrewCard or Personnel Manager a bonus)
