Our client provide comprehensive tailored event solutions and delivery of Meetings, Incentives, Conferences and Events (MICE), including face-to-face, virtual and hybrid event formats.

They are looking for an Event Coordinator to join the Events Team to help in organising and executing business events, virtual meetings, product launches, high-end incentive programs, and exhibitions.

**The role**:

- Cost and prepare tender documents - including suggestions for destinations and inclusions
- Manage group bookings and allotments
- Ensure all details of arrangements are confirmed - including transportation, accommodation, conferencing, diners, tours, team-building and other event requirements
- Effectively manage air, hotel, transport, and other program components to ensure accuracy and seamlessness
- Ensure all delegate data is accurately processed, including travel and accommodation including health insurance, visas, and other travel advice
- Liaise and negotiate with suppliers
- Collate and distribute registration information
- Attend weekly staff meetings
- Ensure tickets, itineraries and documentation are always correct and delivered to the client on time
- Complete client reporting, process invoices for chargebacks and process refunds promptly
- At least 1-year experience in Event Management advantageous
- Computer skills for Word, Excel, PowerPoint, an event software "EventsAIR"
- Exceptional attention to detail and good time management skills
- Professional communications, both written and verbal
- Proven track record in a customer service role

**Salary & benefits**:
$55-65K annual salary plus super (dependent on experience)
