**The Role**

As part of its commitment to deliver exceptional events to its customers, the Straumann Group is seeking an experienced Events Specialist. This role will lead and execute external events, trade shows, and corporate exhibitions for the Straumann Group in Australia and New Zealand. The Events Specialist ensures flawless event logistics, vendor coordination, and on-site execution while also focusing on tracking ROI, lead generation, and business impact. They will also work cross-functionally with Product Managers, Sales, Marketing, Training & Education, and external vendors to maximise event success. While the primary focus is third-party events and trade shows, this role may support ITI and internal events during peak periods.

**About you**

To be successful in this position, you must be able to demonstrate:

- Tertiary qualification, preferably in Event Management, Marketing, Business or related field;
- 3+ years of experience in trade show planning, corporate events, or external industry conferences.
- Strong Event Coordination, planning and organisational skills;
- The drive and passion to work in a busy, demanding yet stimulating role;
- Outstanding relationship building and communication skills;
- A positive, results oriented approach with a successful track record of accomplishments;
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment;
- Ability to analyse event ROI, lead tracking, and business impact.
- Experience working with vendors, stand builders, and external event organisers.
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.

Critical to the success of this role is also being a self-starter, being highly organised and having excellent communication and presentation skills.
