Job Overview
This role is responsible for providing administrative and operational support to ensure seamless project execution. This includes coordinating with various stakeholders, such as builders, property managers, and investors, to maintain effective communication and operational efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor task progress, allocate tasks, and manage processes across multiple projects to achieve timely completion.
- Foster clear and consistent communication between investors, contractors, and relevant stakeholders to mitigate potential issues.
- Respond promptly to client concerns to maintain positive relationships and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Oversee property management arrangements post-completion and source alternative solutions for clients as needed.
- Manage risk by coordinating insurance and verifying compliance at practical completion to protect clients' interests.
- Organize defects inspections with licensed third-party inspectors to ensure quality standards are met.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries pre- and post-construction, providing accurate information and support.
- Initiate prompt communication with clients upon settlement confirmation to maintain transparency and trust.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2–3 years' experience in construction administration, property management, or a related field is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and compliance requirements is essential.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are critical to ensuring accuracy and precision in all tasks.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities are required to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
- Basic knowledge of building plans and specifications is necessary to interpret and apply relevant information.
- Certifications or coursework in compliance or administration can be advantageous in this role.
- Proficiency in relevant software/tools for construction and compliance can enhance productivity and efficiency.
