We are seeking a highly motivated and organized professional to join our team in a full-time capacity. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, performing routine tasks, and assisting with project coordination duties.
About the BusinessThe organization is a leading provider of electrical solutions across various industry sectors, including Water Infrastructure, Industrial Solutions, Mining, Energy, and Specialty Construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Document Control: Setup and maintenance of correspondence out register, transmittals, and web-based document collaboration systems.
- Data Management: Coordinating data management and information transfer, including setting up and maintaining filing systems, document logs, and action item lists.
- Purchasing and Ordering: Coordinating project-specific purchasing and ordering of goods with just-in-time delivery schedules.
- Liaising with Project Managers: Liaising with Operations Manager and Construction Manager regarding project-specific purchases, timelines, and vendors.
- Assisting with Site Mobilization: Assisting with site mobilization and travel logistics for site personnel.
- General Assistance: General assistance to project teams, including managing leave calendars, resource tracking records, training, medicals, onboarding, inductions, and quality management processes.
