**Your new company**

You will be joining the team in Luscombe, reporting to the Contracts Manager and working alongside the Space Rentals & Workforce Housing teams. This position is integral to the overall success of the branch and will provide you with a broad overview and exposure to all facets of the business.

**Your new role**

As the Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for the coordination and administration of the delivery and installation of transportable buildings. You will also play an integral role in managing client contracts and providing superb customer service by assisting with the administration, planning, and contract execution of projects.

More specifically, you will contribute to, and be responsible for:

- Coordinating delivery, installation, and removal projects
- Being the main point of contact for the client, subcontractors and suppliers
- Compilation of project files, ensuring completion of all required documents
- Booking all required subcontractors and suppliers
- Documenting and tracking of all project related costs
- Creation and submission of required HSEQ paperwork
- Registering & coordinating Non-Conformances
- Raising purchase orders
- Invoicing the client for the works that have been completed.

**What you'll need to succeed**

To hit the ground running, you will bring:

- Demonstrated experience in a similar Project or Operational Support/Admin role
- Previous exposure to construction, building or engineering industry (_highly regarded)_
- Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
- Strong communication, both written and verbal, and confidence liaising with a wide range of project stakeholders
- Excellent computer literacy, particularly within MS Excel

**What you'll get in return**

A competitive salary of $65,000 + Super with a $6,000 bonus scheme. Full time position, Monday - Friday 8:30am - 4:30pm.
