With over $4B of major projects to deliver in Queensland in the coming fifteen years, this newly role will be a critical link between the development; marketing & sales; and project delivery teams.

The Sales & Marketing Coordinator position will be based on the Gold Coast, reporting to the National Manager in Sydney and working closely with the QLD development teams. The position will have the following key responsibilities:

- Liaising with internal marketing and graphic design teams in the production of marketing and sales collateral for new product launches, sales displays, project marketing websites and landing pages
- Work closely with the development teams to implement sales plans and marketing strategies for new stages of development projects
- Coordinating budgets, scopes of work and deadlines for different projects
- Support sales staff by providing sales data, market trends, forecasts, account analyses, and new product information.
- Coordinating marketing and sales events as required
- Ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy in a stand-alone role in QLD
