Project Coordinator Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Project Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for planning and administering organizational programs and projects.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. They will also possess strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and problem-solve.

The successful applicant will have at least 1 year of experience in project coordination, administration, or a related role. A Diploma of Project Management qualification is highly regarded. Essential skills include proficiency with technology systems (CRMs, rostering tools, MS Office/Google Suite).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and advise on variations and improvements to programs, projects, and services\
  • Collect and analyze data related to projects and report on outcomes\
  • Manage all paperwork associated with programs and projects\
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and owners to ensure organizational goals are met\
  • Advise management on urgent matters and implement decisions\
  • Prepare reports on the organization's activities and respond to inquiries\

  • At least 1 year of experience in project coordination, administration, or a related role\
  • Diploma of Project Management qualification (highly regarded)\
