Job Title:

A Project Coordinator is required to coordinate business support activities.

  • Provide project management support to develop and implement projects for the Capital Works Program.
  • Lead and support operational projects from analysis to implementation to deliver outcomes and meet agreed project deadlines.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of guidelines, processes, and work instructions to achieve business improvement.
  • Utilise knowledge of systems and processes, think critically to improve work methods.
  • Assist in the development, implementation, and coordination of business activities for the on-time delivery of corporate and business requirements.
  • Provide exceptional written and interpersonal communication skills as well as exercising a high degree of sensitivity and confidentiality.
  • Research and prepare a range of high-quality reports, presentations, and correspondence, utilise investigative and critical analysis skills and make clear recommendations.
  • Build and sustain long-term professional and strategic relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Plan, implement and lead Branch activities that encourages team work and fosters cultural.

Requirements:

To be successful in the role, you will have extensive experience as a Project Coordinator ideally within Public Sector. Along with exceptional written and oral communication skills, stakeholder management and the ability to produce reports and presentations.
