Job Title: Senior Beauty Consultant

About the Role:
As a Senior Beauty Consultant at National Pharmacies, you will play a critical role in enabling us to fulfill our purpose of Caring for People, Enabling Health, and Inspiring Wellness. You will be responsible for providing extraordinary customer service and consulting with our customers to ensure they receive the best advice for their health and beauty needs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional customer service and consult with customers to ensure they receive the best advice for their health and beauty needs.
• Make every customer feel special while demonstrating prestige products.
• Ensure customer transactions are processed correctly and efficiently using our point-of-sale systems.
• Ensure our stores are beautifully presented and well-stocked so our customers feel welcome and enjoy their experience in our stores.
• Demonstrate the value of National Pharmacies membership to our customers.

Requirements:
• Excellent product knowledge and presentation in line with a prestige brand.
• Extensive experience in managing a beauty counter.
• Confidence in delivering outstanding customer service and advice to a diverse range of customers with a broad variety of health and well-being needs.
• Ability to relate well with customers and teammates.
• Willingness to continue to learn about the products and services National Pharmacies offers.
• Adaptability and flexibility.
