Food and Beverage Service Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Food and Beverage Service Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, taking orders accurately, serving food and beverages in a timely manner, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Job Description:

The Food and Beverage Service Specialist plays a vital role in ensuring our guests have an outstanding experience. Key responsibilities include:

  • Greeting and seating guests warmly and efficiently
  • Taking orders accurately and knowledgeably describing menu items
  • Serving food and beverages promptly and presenting them according to standard
  • Checking on guests regularly to ensure they have everything they need and addressing any concerns
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the area, including clearing tables, resetting, and restocking
  • Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure accurate order delivery and excellent quality control
  • Handling payments and processing transactions accurately
  • Upselling and promoting additional menu items and specials to enhance the guest experience
  • Addressing special requests and accommodating guests' needs to the best of ability
  • Following safety and hygiene protocols to maintain a clean and safe work environment

Key Performance Indicators:

The successful Food and Beverage Service Specialist will be measured by their ability to:

  • Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Meet or exceed sales targets

Requirements:
