Job Description

We are seeking a Sales Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fashion and be able to provide exceptional customer service.

About the Role
  • Create a memorable experience with every customer interaction
  • Maintain presentation standards through visual merchandising, stock management and cleaning
  • Process customer transactions on the point-of-sale system
  • Exceed sales targets and business key performance indicators
  • Provide styling advice and support in fitting rooms

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver excellent customer service ensuring a seamless shopping experience
  2. Process transactions accurately and efficiently
  3. Maintain store appearance and presentation standards
  4. Meet or exceed sales targets and business key performance indicators
  5. Provide styling advice and support to customers

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in a similar retail role
  • An eye for detail with a passion for styling and Visual Merchandising
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Exposure to large stock volumes and stock management
