Lead Dining Services in Aged Care

We are seeking a highly skilled Hospitality Team Leader to oversee the planning, preparation, and delivery of high-quality dining services for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and mentor hospitality employees, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge required to provide excellent service
  • Develop and implement effective meal plans that cater to the diverse needs and preferences of our residents
  • Maintain accurate records of food safety documentation and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
  • Collaborate with the IRT cleaning contractor team to ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
  • Ensure the provision of hospitality services aligns with industry standards and organizational policies
  • Recruit, select, and orient new team members, providing them with the support and training necessary to excel in their roles
Requirements:
  • Certificate IV in Hospitality or equivalent
  • Certificate IV in Leadership & Management (or willingness to obtain)
  • Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
  • Proven experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Able to plan and prioritize tasks effectively, managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Demonstrated understanding of aged care quality and food safety standards
