About the Role:
  • We are seeking a Catering Team Member to join our team at St Joseph's, Coffs Harbour.

Your key responsibilities will include preparing high-quality food, providing excellent resident meal service, and supporting your peers in a cooperative team environment.

To be successful in this role, you'll need:
  • A heart and passion for delivering outstanding care to older adults
  • Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
  • Certificate III in Hospitality (Commercial Cookery) – desirable but not essential
  • Good understanding of food safety practices, kitchen cleanliness and hygiene
  • Warm and empathetic interpersonal skills with experience interacting with a diverse range of people
  • Able to establish and maintain professional relationships with residents and their families
  • NDIS and Police check clearance or willingness to obtain
