You will serve as a trusted advisor, working closely with experienced teams to foster a strong social dynamic and shared sense of achievement. This role offers the opportunity to gain industry experience that opens doors, extends your skillset, and expands your perspective.

The OpportunityIn This Role You Will
  • Support regional people strategy focused on business operations in Sydney and Melbourne.
  • Build partnerships with business leaders to coach and advise on all people-related matters and strategy.
  • Provide support for employee relations issues and solutions, ensuring employees and managers are provided with necessary information.
  • Coach, develop, and mentor leaders within the business to help build team management capabilities.
  • Respond to managers and employees on queries covering policies, systems, immigration, and benefits.
  • Lead regional implementation of key global processes and initiatives.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition and business leaders to ensure quality candidate selection.
  • Contribute to other regional P&OD initiatives and projects as required.
We Are Looking for an Ideal Candidate
  • A minimum of 8 years' experience in human resources business partnering roles.
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to work autonomously and prioritise tasks according to agreed deadlines.
  • Solid understanding of employment law and best practices in Australia.
  • Detailed-oriented and quality-focused individual.
  • An excellent communicator verbally and in writing.
  • A love for dynamic environments with opportunities to get involved across a range of initiatives.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
