To excel in this role, you will need:
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field (desired).
- Strong knowledge of human resources principles, practices, and regulations.
- Familiarity with employment legislation, including the Fair Work Act, relevant awards, enterprise agreements, and other employment laws.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate meaningful insights.
