HR Strategic Advisor

Be a strategic advisor for business operations and drive positive change as an HR Business Partner in our organization. Reporting to the national HR Lead of the Services product line, you will be the key point of contact for the Regional Rollingstock Maintenance project and responsible for guiding managers on effective performance management processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with key stakeholders to achieve strong business outcomes
- Implement operational initiatives such as technology innovation, workforce planning, and employee development programs
- Coach managers on all human resources matters
- Ensure timely resolution of disciplinary cases, performance management issues, investigations, and workplace disputes
- Support the Industrial Relations team with collective bargaining activities
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resource Management or a related field
- Experience in Employment Relations/Industrial Relations
- A collaborative and innovative approach
- Effective communication skills
