Job Overview

We are seeking a Strategic HR Advisor to partner with senior leaders and drive key initiatives that align with business goals.

This role requires a proactive approach to managing sensitive employee relations matters, leading workplace investigations, and coaching managers on performance and behaviour issues.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in HR/ER, solid knowledge of Australian workplace laws, and excellent communication skills at all levels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Align people strategies with business objectives through strategic partnerships with senior leaders.
  • Manage complex employee relations issues from assessment to resolution.
  • Lead workplace investigations and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Coach and support managers on performance and behaviour issues.
  • Deliver leadership and people management training.
  • Drive key HR initiatives including performance and engagement programs.
Requirements
  • A strong background in HR/ER, ideally in a partnering role.
  • Solid knowledge of Australian workplace laws.
  • Skilled in handling complex employee relations issues and investigations.
  • Confident, influential communication skills at all levels.
  • Relevant qualifications in HR, Law, Psychology or related field.
