Senior HR Business Partner Job Opportunity

This role offers a unique chance to partner with business leaders across Manufacturing, Operations and Commercial teams. As a trusted advisor, you will help drive strategic HR outcomes that positively impact the organization.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective HR operational plans for designated client groups
  • Provide expert advice on talent development, organisational design, workforce planning, and change management to senior leaders
  • Lead organisational design projects across different levels of the organisation, driving positive change
  • Promote global change management initiatives and facilitate local adoption
  • Guide leaders in implementing engagement and development action plans, focusing on employee growth and success
  • Manage annual HR cycle processes (performance, promotions, compensation, and talent reviews) efficiently
  • Analyse HR data and provide insights to recommend innovative solutions, driving organisational excellence
Requirements:
  • At least 7 years' experience in HR management, preferably in global organisations with roles such as HRBP, OD, or HR Consultant
  • Demonstrated expertise in organisational design, change management, and talent development
  • A degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field
  • Strong consulting and stakeholder management skills, with excellent communication abilities
  • Able to thrive in fast-paced environments, being resilient, adaptable, and solution-focused
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word)
  • Excellent English language fluency; additional APAC languages an asset
  • Willingness to travel, with flexibility to work across multiple sites
