Job Role
  • Develop proactive strategies for meeting and events to achieve target results within allocated resources.
  • Maintain a proactive approach to sell available function space and optimize revenue management.
  • Negotiate with clients to maximize revenue and profit potential while satisfying their needs.
  • Coordinate site inspections.
  • Generate proposals and secure group business through effective efforts.
  • Manage relationships with PCO's and Venue Finders, and collaborate on venue listings.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in meeting and events, preferably from 4-5 star properties.
  • Proven track record in sales within an events environment.
  • Passion for managing customer and internal stakeholder relations.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with event management software is highly desirable.
