Job Description: As a Disability Support Professional, you will provide support to individuals with disabilities in their homes and communities, assisting them with daily activities, personal care, and social skills development. You will work closely with our clients to help them achieve their NDIS goals and maintain a connection to their family, friends, and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist individuals with disabilities with daily activities, such as housekeeping, meal planning, and personal care
  • Support individuals with disabilities to develop important daily skills, such as social skills and budgeting
  • Accompany individuals with disabilities on outings and social activities
  • Help individuals with disabilities maintain a connection to their family, friends, and services

Requirements:
