Employment Opportunities Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated Employment Opportunities Specialist to join our team at Advanced Personnel Management (APM). As an integral part of our Disability Employment Services, you will play a pivotal role in supporting participants to transform their lives.
About the RoleAs an Employment Opportunities Specialist, you will work closely with stakeholders, including employers and participants, to deliver tailored employment solutions. Your key responsibilities will include identifying and securing employment opportunities for participants, supporting them to become job ready, delivering quality service while adhering to contractual and compliance requirements, and enhancing their employability through training and support service referrals.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and secure employment opportunities for participants with local employers
- Support participants to identify skills required to become job ready
- Deliver quality service while adhering to all contractual and compliance requirements
- Enhance participants' employability through training and support service referrals
- Develop personalised job plans for clear employment pathways
We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus excellent benefits, including EAP | Employee Wellbeing Program, Paid Cultural and Ceremonial Leave, Purchased Annual Leave, Paid Parental Leave, Service recognitions, APM Family Hub, Maxxia | Vehicle salary packaging.
