Volunteer Community Leader

Roseberry Qld is a community-based not-for-profit organisation and registered charity that has been serving the CQ Region since 1984. With our Headquarters in Gladstone and an office in Rockhampton, we provide a range of services to meet the identified needs of young people and families experiencing difficulty.

Our vision is to have a strong, vibrant, and compassionate community. Our purpose is to empower people to lead safe and resilient lives through professional support services, including housing/homelessness, alternative learning, youth and family, work-ready programs, and mental health initiatives.

The role of the Board is to provide effective governance of Roseberry Qld, representing the organisation to the community and accepting responsibility for its operations. This includes managing partnerships such as headspace services in Gladstone and Rockhampton.

The estimated annual salary for this volunteer position is AU$60,000 - AU$80,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
