About the Opportunity



We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Property Repair Case Manager to join our team at Crawford & Company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in contract administration, claims management, or loss adjusting, with a deep understanding of insurance and/or claims management principles.

As a Property Repair Case Manager, you will be responsible for managing contractual obligations and ensuring compliance with client requirements. Your key responsibilities will include:


  • Providing support and advice to customers regarding their claims/projects
  • Requesting supplier appointments and gathering information required to determine cause and extent of claim as well as quoted costs for such repairs
  • Managing assigned case loads and meeting client expectations
  • Meeting Crawford and client compliance requirements, working within Service Level Agreements (SLA's) and client service standards
  • Ensuring the production of high-quality and accurate written reports and record-keeping accuracy
  • Liaising with customers and suppliers as required to determine repair cost, repair activity, and cause of damage
  • Resolving escalated issues during a claim
  • Undertaking client liaison and relationship building, developing close links with client operational staff, suppliers, and CRD Consultants and Management
  • Working effectively within a team environment by assisting fellow team members, sharing information, and supporting the team to achieve its targets
  • Maintaining professional and technical knowledge through continuing education

  4. Proven ability to build rapport with customers and service providers
  5. Demonstrated history of taking ownership to meet customer needs with a sense of urgency
  6. Strong problem-solving, resolution, negotiation, and decision-making capabilities
  7. Ability to interpret complex information and respond by developing appropriate actions
  8. Demonstrated claims acumen, sound judgement, and cost management awareness
  9. High standard of business English for written communication across traditional and electronic communication media
  10. Self-motivation, accountability for own achievement of required claim outcomes and own contribution to team outcomes
