About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Building Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a modern 54-unit residential apartment complex in Brisbane's inner northern suburbs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all aspects of building and facilities management, ensuring the complex is kept in pristine condition.
  • Oversee and coordinate contractors, repairs, and maintenance schedules.
  • Proactively address building issues, ensuring the property remains compliant with relevant legislation.
  • Build strong relationships with owners, residents, the Body Corporate, and external stakeholders.
  • Attend Body Corporate meetings and present detailed reports on building operations and performance.
  • Provide input on budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
  • Respond to after-hours emergencies when necessary.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A deep understanding of building management practices, including compliance and WHS.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • The ability to work independently while managing multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience with the Body Corporate and Community Management Act is highly regarded.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
