We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Officer to join our team at Oaks Brisbane. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining the presentation of guest rooms and public areas, as well as carrying out repairs within the property.
About the Role
- Undertake general repairs and maintenance as required;
- Provide induction and supervision of external contractors;
- Implement the preventative maintenance program for each property;
- Maintain daily work records and service schedules
Requirements
