Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical IT Support Specialist to join our Executive IT Support team within Global End User Services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing complex technical advice, support, and customer consultancy on a range of platforms, devices, applications, and computerized systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical guidance and support to executives and other stakeholders on IT and telephony-related matters.
  • Develop and deliver technical training and updates to ensure staff understanding of processes and procedures.
  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation to describe how platforms, devices, applications, and computerized systems operate.
  • Contribute to the analysis of internal and external information sources to identify drivers and indicators of change.
  • Participate in programs to ensure the successful integration of new products, services, and processes.

Requirements

  • Proven experience supporting end-user desktop applications and environments, preferably in an Executive Support role or similar.
  • Strong computer and technical skills, including Windows 10, iOS, Android, and o365 suite in an Enterprise setting.
  • Advanced IT troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills, with a keen sense of technical issue identification and complex problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with evidence of working effectively with executives.
