Job Description

We are seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team at Clicks IT Recruitment in NSW.

This is a permanent role offering a competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support and maintain Windows 10/11 desktop and Windows Server environments
  • Administer Microsoft 365 suite, including SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive
  • Implement Microsoft 365 administration, intune packaging, and deployments
  • Manage Exchange online using PowerShell scripting
  • Install and configure workstation technology, including multiple monitors and laptop docking stations
  • Support mobile devices, iOS, and Android
  • Demonstrate excellent customer focus and attention to detail
  • Configure meeting room AV technology
  • Install and maintain secure printing technology
  • Ensure LAN infrastructure, including internet connectivity and wireless connectivity, is operational
Requirements
  • Excellent technical knowledge of Windows 10/11 desktop and Windows Server environments
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 suite, including SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive
