About the Role

This role involves providing customer-focused construction solutions that exceed expectations. You'll work closely with customers, stakeholders, consultants, and collaborators to ensure the successful completion of contestable electrical network assets.

  • You will engage with customers and Asset Sponsor Parties (ASPs) to provide exceptional customer experiences during asset construction and commissioning.
  • Retain all project documentation accurately and forward relevant documents to Network Data for record updates. Address defects noted during inspections, testing, or project management by coordinating non-conformances as required.
  • Efficiently manage access to Endeavour Energy's network by scheduling System Control Staff and resources when necessary.
  • Collaborate with Construction Coordinators, Customer Network Engineers, Project Managers, and other stakeholders to deliver excellent customer outcomes.
  • Reengineer internal application processes to connection rules changes, including improving workplace instructions and branch procedures.
  • Collaborate to provide valuable insights for learning workshops and teamwork across internal workgroups and external partners.
