The Opportunity

We're seeking a highly organised Project Coordinator to join our Girraween projects team. As a key member of our team, you'll provide administrative support to construction projects, working closely with the delivery team to ensure key milestones are met.

Your responsibilities will include preparing management reports, compiling job site packages for field crew, maintaining various databases in a timely manner, and processing timesheets for field and office team members.

Key Selection Criteria:
  • Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within the construction or related industry
  • The ability to work autonomously in a busy work environment
  • Strong computer skills with intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office Suite
  • Timely and accurate data entry skills
  • Excellent communication skills and the proven ability to interface within a team environment
