Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Site Foreman to lead on-site activities for complex civil infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to safety, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to coordinate diverse teams on-site.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee daily site operations to ensure smooth progress and compliance with project specifications.
- Collaborate closely with engineers, site supervisors, and subcontractors to allocate resources and streamline workflow.
- Conduct regular quality inspections and address any on-site issues promptly to maintain high standards.
- Ensure health, safety, and environmental procedures are rigorously followed.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to provide progress updates.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in civil construction, ideally in a supervisory or foreman capacity.
- Strong knowledge of civil construction techniques and regulatory standards.
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to coordinate diverse teams on-site.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with site management software and MS Office Suite is an advantage.
