Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Earthwork Supervisor to join our construction delivery team. The successful candidate will have a strong focus on bulk earthworks, effective communication and information flows, as well as procedures and records necessary for contract and quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage staff and plant operations in the context of bulk earthworks.
  2. Ensure effective communication, information flows, procedures and records to facilitate delivery of contract and quality requirements.
  3. Identify and report safety hazards, incidents and ensure thorough investigations are carried out.
  4. Conduct toolbox meetings.
  5. Support management teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

  • Prior experience supervising teams within civil, earthworks or mining sectors.
  • Frontline Management or similar supervisor training (preferred).
  • Demonstrated leadership in safety and environmental practices.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
  • Valid working rights in Australia.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong track record of building and managing high-performing teams.
