Earthworks Leadership Opportunity

As a senior earthworks supervisor, you will play a key leadership role in managing earthworks crews and coordinating daily operations. Your primary objective is to ensure work is delivered safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

To be considered for this position, you must possess:

  • Proven supervisory experience in bulk earthworks within large-scale civil or mining projects
  • Experience in operating heavy equipment such as Caterpillar and Hitachi earth moving machines

  • Excellent leadership and people management skills
  • Strong communication and organizational abilities
