Job Title: Senior Earthworks Manager

We're seeking a seasoned Earthworks Superintendent to lead our major mining project in the Pilbara region.

This is an exciting opportunity to take charge of a long-term earthworks package as part of a well-supported and high-performing team.

The role offers stability, strong hourly rates, and the chance to work on a major mining project from the ground up.

  • FIFO from Perth on a 2:1 roster
  • Leadership within a site team of up to 65 people
  • High-profile mining project with established systems and support
  • Exposure to respected industry standards
Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate bulk earthworks activities across site
  • Manage daily contractor performance and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards
  • Collaborate with Earthworks Coordinators and Civil teams to deliver to plan
  • Report into the Construction Manager and support project milestones
  • Oversee haul roads, access roads, and associated earthworks scope
Requirements:
  • Proven experience supervising bulk earthworks on large mine sites
  • Strong contractor management and leadership capabilities
  • Exposure to haul road construction, access roads, and general earthworks infrastructure
  • Able to work on a 2:1 FIFO roster from Perth
