Senior Earthworks Project Lead

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced earthworks project leader to join our team. This is a long-term opportunity with a leading Western Australian civil and mining construction company.
About the Role:- The successful candidate will provide hands-on leadership to the bulk earthworks operations team, ensuring safe and efficient operations at all times.
- Lead daily meetings and foster a safety-driven team culture.
- Conduct thorough investigations of incidents and implement corrective actions.
- Promote a safe working environment and supervise a medium-sized crew within a civil earthworks and mining environment.
- Construct Tailings Storage Facilities and perform bulk and detailed earthworks.
- Track and report daily production and submit weekly timesheets.
- Cert IV Frontline Leadership Training or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a similar position with a successful track record managing a productive team.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Well-developed communication skills with the ability to build strong interpersonal relationships.
