Job Overview

We're looking for a skilled professional to lead our Employer Portal and Clearing House Transition Program.

The successful candidate will be responsible for programme delivery, ensuring achievement of objectives within cost, quality, risk, schedule, scope, and benefit parameters.

Key responsibilities include developing and owning the programme business case, managing deviations through appropriate governance channels, chairing relevant project committees, and managing programme financials in line with Rest policies.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing budgets of $5M plus, running projects in an agile environment, and leading customer transition projects.

A strong understanding of organisational change management and programme reporting is also essential.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • Tertiary qualifications in technology, project management or relevant business discipline.
  • Project Management Certification e.g. PMI/Prince 2 Certification or equivalent Scrum master/Agile certification (optional).

Preferred Qualifications and Experience

  • Experience with superannuation employer portals and clearing house.
  • Experience managing external technology vendors.

Desirable Skills and Abilities

  • Strategic, analytical, problem solving, issues management and evaluation skills to deliver innovative solutions.
  • Solid understanding of how organisational change management enables successful business transformation.
